Overview
The NDS0605 is a dual, independent N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) from ON Semiconductor (now onsemi). It is designed for low-voltage, space-constrained portable devices and general-purpose load switching applications that require high switching performance. Housed in a tiny SOT-363 (SC-70-6) package, the device features extremely low on-resistance (R<sub>DS(ON)</sub>), fast switching speed, and excellent thermal performance.
