The ADUM5401ARWZ is a four-channel digital isolator with integrated isolated power supply launched by Analog Devices (ADI) . Based on ADI’s mature iCoupler® magnetic isolation technology , it achieves high-reliability digital signal isolation while integrating an isolated DC/DC power supply module that can directly power the isolated circuit, thus significantly simplifying system design.

This device supports 2.5kVrms isolation withstand voltage and features a built-in regulated output, providing a stable and secure data and power isolation solution in industrial environments.
